FINANCIAL DATA FOR JANUARY TO NOVEMBER 2011 Income $129,739 Expenses $140,866 Net ($11,127) YTD Each month as part of our Stewardship Program you will receive this information. You will also receive the average monthly expenses to operate the church and the giving for each month so that we may share in the responsibility of being the Anglican Catholic Church in the Twin Cities. Please note that we have a deficit at the end of November of $ 11,127.00. ANNUAL MEETING The Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 29th. We have several tasks to perform as the church gathers in council: 1. We need to approve the budget for 2012 2. We will receive the reports of all the ministries of the church 3. We will elect members to the Vestry and delegate to the Diocesan Synod. Qualifications for Members of the Vestry according to the Policy and Procedure Manual of the Diocese are as follows: 1. Communicant in “Good Standing” – Regular in their Church Attendance 2. Honoring their commitment to stewardship 3. A Hopeful attitude 4. Active in Lay Ministry in the parish and in the world. A written nomination signed by the nominator and the nominee is required by the parish bylaws. These nomination papers are available in the front room at church. After they are signed, they are to be given to the Rector. |
